He aquí una receta fácil y nutritiva para decorar con frutas su mesa en este día feriado:

  • 2 tazas de fresas (actualmente la fruta en tercer lugar a nivel nacional, con alto movimiento en los distritos de Salinas-Watsonville y Santa Maria, California)
  • 2 tazas de mora-azul (alta actividad en NJ y la parte este de NC, relajándose en el área de GA y CA mientras que la época de cosecha apenas comienza en OR y WA)
  • 2 tazas de zarzamora (con alta actividad en  el área de Salinas-Watsonville, los distritos de CA y GA/NC,  y empezando a levantar en Santa Maria, CA)
  • ¼ de taza de azúcar
  • 1 taza de crema batida
