Breaking News: we have a new way for our drivers to scan and submit documents! In addition to our FREE TRANSFLO Express Truck Stop Scanning program that is available at over 800 truck stops nationwide, we have added an option to use TRANSFLO Now Mobile!!!

The app virtually turns your mobile phone into a portable scanner so that you can send your paperwork – load confirmations, bills of lading, invoices, receipts, and any other paper documents – to UWC from anywhere, without having to rely on finding a truckstop, a fax machine, or even a TRANSLFO Express location. Best of all, the app is free to download and free to use.

The app is available for iPhone and Android smart phones. It is really easy to use; here are some basic instructions:

#1. Download the App from the iTunes App Store or the Android Market
• For iPhone users, follow this link: iTunes App Store – the app is free.
• For Android users, follow this link: Android Market – the app is free.

#2. Add the UWC “Fleet”
• On home page click Edit Settings.
• Tap the + sign on the upper right hand of screen.
• Add the UWC Fleet ID: UWCL.
• Add the Driver ID: You can just use your Carrier Company name, and tap Next.

After that, you simply use your camera to capture images of the paperwork you want to send us.

Feel free to send us a test page! The app has been tested by a few drivers over the past few weeks, and opinions say that it is easy to set up and convenient to use. More detailed instructions are available; if you would like them, contact the marketing department!
